Frequently Asked Questions

What are the adoption fees?

Our standard adoption fee is $425 per dog. This covers spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchipping, veterinary health check, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and their time in foster care. The fee ensures we can continue rescuing dogs in need.

Can I adopt if I rent my home?

Yes! We just ask that you verify your landlord allows pets and provide documentation of pet-friendly housing.

How long does the process take?

The adoption process typically takes a few days from initial contact to bringing your new pet home, depending on scheduling and application review.

Do you offer a trial period?

We want every adoption to be successful. If for any reason it does not work out, we welcome the dog back -- no questions asked. We would rather have the dog returned to us than rehomed elsewhere. That is the Tidal Paws promise.
